I rented an apartment unit from Capital Companies NY last year. I heard about them through a friend and do not regret renting from them. I spoke to Dan and he was very professional but easy going and helped me through the whole rental process. Pat showed me around the apartment units and he was super friendly as well. All the units were clean and I was very impressed overall. I have been living in my apartment for about a year now and have no complaints. Any problems with my unit were immediately taken care of by the landlord and everyone is super nice 🙂

I found out about Capital Companies from a friend. I am an international student so I was happy to see that there was a company that catered to students like me. Pat was very friendly and I was very happy with the apartments that they had to offer. The company also helped me find movers, and made sure that I was taken care of during the whole rental process. I have been here since June 2013 and no problems yet.

  

I initially found out about Capital Companies NY because I was doing my research to find an apartment unit for my son who was moving to attend University of Albany. One thing that won me over was the fact that they offered fully furnished units which was amazing! As a parent, this made my life a lot easier. I got to the apartment a week before my son started classes and everything was already set up and was good to go! Also, all the furniture and appliances were new and looked great. I am very happy that I chose to go with these guys. Good luck guys!

Dan asked me to write an honest testimonial for their new website and I was glad to help! I was looking for an apartment to rent because I was having a lot of problems with my old place. I wanted an affordable place but not a run-down place like my old apartment. After seeing the available units that they had, I was immediately interested. Rental rates were really good in comparison to their newly renovated apartments and I moved in as soon as I was able to leave my old place. I have been happy here since. Also, Pat and Dan, the people who helped me are cool as hell! They are very friendly and always try their best to accommodate my needs.
