260 Broadway

260 Broadway, Saratoga Springs NY

A historical gem located in a prime location in downtown Saratoga Springs, 260 Broadway has had a colorful past and a bright future. Built in 1889, it was born as the House of Pansa, a Pompeian replica filled with art, and acted as the summer home of its creator, Franklin Webster Smith. It then went on to become a Masonic Temple, a synagogue, and a marketing firm.

Its first floor now serves as the headquarters for Death Wish Coffee. Its second floor is a massive 13,252 SF of office space with a flexible and functional layout. It consists of a mix of private offices, open office space, cool mezzanine office areas, multiple bathrooms, kitchenettes, and conference rooms. The entrance is a beautiful historic lobby with grand staircase and an elevator for handicap access.

260 Broadway is fully modernized with high speed internet, HVAC, and a private off street parking lot one block away, with 20 spaces allocated for these offices.
