What utilities are included?

What is required to rent an apartment?

You can start by submitting a tenant application and pay the application fee from the form section of this site. Once approved, you will have access to rent any available units through our leasing agent.

Who do I call if there is a problem with the unit?

Contact our property manager in case any problems arise. We make every effort to address any issues promptly. In a case of an emergency please contact the appropriate authorities.

What happens if I cannot stay the full leased term?

You are responsible to stay the full term of the lease; however in the case of extraneous circumstances, we will try our best to work something out with you and/or help find a qualified replacement.

Where do I send the rent check?

We have several options for rental collection. This can be discussed upon signing of the lease.

How much is the security deposit and when is it due?

Security deposit is typically one month’s rent, however the amount will vary depending on tenant qualifications. The security deposit is due at lease signing.
