Capital Companies NY started in 2009 in response to the high demand for professional real estate management that was virtually non-existent in today's market. Since forming, we have grown to manage over 50 properties containing 200+ units with our close-knit team. We carry real estate experience going on 30+ years, spanning sales and leasing, to property management, to construction. This domain knowledge that we have acquired through hard work and dedication allows us to identify and solve complex problems and streamline our processes, giving our clients the best experience and peace of mind when working with us.
